Do we have to host with you?
No, unlike other companies we don’t make hosting with us mandatory. However, choosing to host with us is a BIG advantage for you. You don’t have to worry about any technical aspects of managing your hosting account and the servers, we do it all for you. Plus you just have a one-point contact for your web presence. If there is a problem it is always better to call a single reliable company who can take care of everything while you concentrate on your business. We will make your website one less worry for you.
If I want to, will I be able to change hosts?
Yes! You own your site. You have access to the Control Panel. If at any time you would like to move your site, you can do so. Just let us know, so we can remove your site from our server, once your site is completely moved.
Do I need any technical knowledge to host with you?
No, my server is at a massive data center that has hundreds of employees, triple power redundancy (in case of a blackout in the region), and 24-hour security staff guarding the facility.
I have configured the server to work best with WordPress, giving it all the space, memory, and bandwidth it needs.
Is the hosting fee part of the initial web design quote?
No – hosting is always a separate fee. Hosting and Domain Name (i.e.: xxxx.com) will be the only recurring fees you’ll need to keep your site up and running. If you have a maintenance plan with us, that will be a separate fee as well.
